We are Dario and Gavinuccio Olmeo Dario e Gavinuccio Olmeo, brothers before business partners.
In 2012, we opened Maracaibo Cocktail Bar with the idea of creating a place we would have loved to experience ourselves.
Year after year, we have worked to build a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
Maracaibo was born this way and has grown by listening to those who experience it every day.
