WHITE WINES
Maison Anselmet Mains et Coeur – Bottle € 110
Literally meaning hands and heart, this poetic yet deeply grounded name is how Giorgio Anselmet, owner of the eponymous winery, presents his Chardonnay label. Awarded the prestigious Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso, this is an extremely limited production of around 2,000 bottles. Golden in colour, it reveals refined and intense aromas of chamomile, white flowers and citrus.

Pouilly-Fuissè AOC Le Pavillon (Regnard Chardonnay) – Bottle € 100
A benchmark selection showcasing the very best of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in Burgundy’s Mâconnais region. Produced by one of the area’s most historic and respected maisons, this wine embodies the meeting point of tradition and innovation, where carefully chosen vineyards result in a Chardonnay of remarkable expression and quality. Fresh, mineral and beautifully complex.

Pouilly Fumé “Baron de L” (Sauvignon) – Bottle € 150
Produced only in exceptional vintages and from the finest grapes, this Pouilly Fumé is the flagship of Maison de Ladoucette. A wine of outstanding quality, crafted with obsessive attention to detail from vineyard to cellar, then matured for 8 to 10 months in glass-lined vats to preserve the fruity aromas that are its true signature.

Marques De Murrieta Capellania Reserva 2019 (Macabeo) – Bottle € 150
Extraordinary and distinctive, this wine comes from the renowned Rioja region of Spain. It expresses the excellence and innovation of Marqués de Murrieta, one of Rioja’s oldest and most respected wineries, celebrated for wines of exceptional quality. Made exclusively from Viura (Macabeo) grapes grown in a single vineyard planted in 1945, this privileged high-altitude site allows the fruit to ripen slowly, preserving acidity while developing a broad aromatic spectrum. Production is limited, underlining the estate’s artisanal approach and commitment to quality. After harvest, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 15 months in new French oak barriques.

ROSÉ WINES
Chateau Romassan Bandol Rosè Coeur de Gran Bio – Bottle € 90
This wine benefits from a unique terroir shaped by limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate, ideal conditions for producing rosés of the highest quality. A sophisticated blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault gives the wine its structured aromatic depth. The winemaking of Domaines Ott is synonymous with excellence and attention to detail, resulting in an extraordinary and unforgettable sensory experience.

RED WINES
Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia Barolo Riserva 2010 – Bottle € 200
The name Pianpolvere Soprano dates back to the late 1700s, when Napoleon Bonaparte built a gunpowder store on this very plot. It later became Church property and, in the early 1900s, was purchased by the Fenocchio family, who vinified its grapes for sixty-eight years. Since 1988, it has belonged to the Migliorini family. Both vineyard and producer are now part of Barolo legend.

Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia Barolo classico 2018 – Bottle € 100
The Barolo from Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia is a red wine that captures the history and tradition of its extraordinary homeland: the Langhe. Made exclusively from carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes, this label is aged for at least 18 months in French oak barrels and then further refined in bottle. Deep ruby red in colour, it opens with fruity and floral aromas accompanied by toasted and spicy notes. Elegant, smooth and complex on the palate.

Napa Valley Magnum Ulysses 2016 e 2017 – Bottle € 550
“Ulysses,” clearly inspired by the hero of the Odyssey, allows the Moueix family — already owners of several prestigious Bordeaux châteaux — to demonstrate in California the same precious expertise they have refined over decades in France. Aged in oak, it is a structured, full-bodied wine that immediately reveals its exceptional character. Remarkable, highly awarded, and a true flagship of American winemaking.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Canalicchio di Sopra 2017 – Bottle € 90
The Brunello di Montalcino “Canalicchio di Sopra” takes its name from the estate that gave it life, telling a story of elegance, depth, minerality and savoury character. Aged for three years in large Slavonian oak casks, it is a classic Brunello capable of expressing the true essence of its terroir, where the richness of the soils and the balsamic character typical of northern Montalcino combine to create wines of outstanding quality. Superb.

Marchese di Villa Marina – Bottle € 60/ Glass € 9,00
One of Italy’s great red wines, a benchmark among single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignons and a flagship of the Sella & Mosca project. It comes from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on soils rich in ferrous clays, combined through ancient geological forces with wind-shaped sands. A terroir that shapes the grape in a distinctly Mediterranean style, making the wine unique and deeply seductive.
